Hot on the heels of Anchorvale Village launch is this new Pasir Ris Mall. This is now the newest shopping mall in Singapore. Its soft launch was on 12 June 2024. This mall is big, with 4 levels - 2 Basement levels and 2 upper levels. There's a children's playground on Level 2 and 'Pasir Ris 8', a 487-unit condo sits on top of the mall. Pasir Ris 8 will be ready in 2026. Pasir Ris Mall was officially launched on 22 July 2024. When fully opened, there will be 150 shops, including 60 eateries. That's a lot of food choices!
Home-grown shops and food outlets have their presence here. Clippers Barber, Lee Wee & brothers, The Hainan Story Coffee House, Swee Heng, Nam Kee Pau, Sembawang White Bee Hoon etc are examples. This video is recorded about a month after the soft launch. Most of the shops are opened now. I was overseas in the last few weeks and managed to film this mall now. Thank you for watching 😀.

Singapore must have the best choice of malls anywhere. Did it really need another one? It looks great, but I guess is just another encouragement to spend, spend, spend, which is today's focus, it seems. Thanks for another expertly-made video!
Singapore is densely populated. So new malls will always be well patronised. The immediate casualty will be the small mon and pop shops which are disappearing. Another feature of these new malls will be the presence of early childhood education and activities centres like children art and dance studios. These come at very high prices. These centres are enjoying good times now.

This new mall is big and has many of the popular shops and restaurants. All the other new malls are not as big as this. It is also at a very good location with train terminal station and a future bus interchange within the mall.
The newest Pasir Ris Mall stands as a grand testament to modern development, with its sprawling shopping mall and condominiums yet to fully open their doors. (It might be called a development rush….)
As it stands, most stores have welcomed patrons, their daily bustle captured politely by a diligent video camera.
The mall spans multiple levels, with B1 and B 2 offering a subterranean haven of shops, while Level 2 boasts a spacious playground, inviting families to enjoy its vast expanse.
The anticipation of its complete opening is palpable, promising a vibrant hub for the community, blending convenience and leisure in one expansive space!☝️🌟

Pasir Ris Mall is the biggest mall in the east of Singapore, after the Jewel at Changi Airport. It's expansive and you described. It's also expensive. What visitors love most are the 60 eateries. These are enjoying a boom time now. I am tempted to dine at some of the eateries like Tim Horten and some others. The massive crowds make you feel like moving along... and spending.
Pasir Ris 8 Condo at this 'mixed use development' is selling like hot cakes. The floor size is getting smaller and smaller. But the price per sq foot (psf) is getting higher and higher.
You will notice that Level 1 is small and a large portion is blocked off. I suspect that this will be the future integrated air conditioned transport hub (bus interchange). when completed in a few years time, this mall will be even more convenient and bustling.
I was in China when this mall had it's soft opening. Most RUclips content creators have already published videos on this mall. I am posting this 1 month after them. One plus point is that most of the shops are now opened compared to 1 month ago. I am eager to see how this video will be received ☺
